Kellogg's Iron Man Code

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
All references to dates/times are Sydney time (AEDST/AEST).
Promotion commences at 12:01am on 15/02/10 and finishes at 11:59pm on 30/04/10 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of Kellogg (Aust) Pty Ltd and its associated parties are ineligible to enter the promotion. “Associated Parties” include without limitation, the agents and contractors of Kellogg that are involved in: (a) the promotion (including without limitation its development and conduct); and (b) the manufacture or distribution (up to the retailers) of Kellogg’s products (including without limitation the manufacture of packaging). By entering this promotion you represent that you are eligible to enter.
To enter consumers must purchase a specially marked Kellogg’s® Participating Pack (see Condition 6) containing a 10 character unique code during the Promotion Period.
Participating Packs are Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Bar 180g Original, Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Bar 180g Choc Malt, and Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Bar Original 300g 10 Pack for Fuel; Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® 345g, Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® 560g and Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® 805g; and Kellogg’s® Sustain® 575g.
Consumers can enter the promotion by visiting www.nutrigrain.com.au/ironmancode and completing the online entry form including entering their first name, surname, address, contact numbers, email address, product purchased as well as a unique code from any of the Participating Packs. Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Bar 180g Original, Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Bar 180g Choc Malt, and Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Bar Original 300g 10 Pack for Fuel, Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® 345g, Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® 560g and Kellogg’s® Sustain® 575g entitles the entrant to one entry. Kellogg’s ® Nutri-Grain 805g pack entitles the entrant to two entries. For the Kellogg’s ® Nutri-Grain 805g consumers will be required to enter the unique code twice as two separate entries.

Those two separate entries can be submitted at any time during the Promotional Period and are not required to be submitted consecutively nor on the same day.
Subject to these terms and conditions, entrants may enter as many times as they like, but each unique code can only be entered once (except in respect of unique codes in Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® 805g, which must be entered twice). The unique code in Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain 805g participating packs will entitle entrants to two separate entries (see condition 7).
Entrants may be requested to produce their unique code to claim a prize. Where an entrant has entered multiple times the entrant may be required to produce the unique codes for each entry made. If a winner is unable to produce their unique code or codes when requested, they will forfeit their prize. Where a prize is forfeited, a redraw will be held in accordance with condition 18.
Your unique code cannot be used in any other promotion. The time and date a unique code is first received and validated will be registered to the email address given online. Each entrant will be limited to 5 successful entries per calendar day.
You will receive instant notification online advising you whether you have a won a prize together with the details of any prize won. If your online entry (i) does not include a recognised unique code or (ii) includes a previously submitted unique code, you will be asked to check your submission against the unique code in the Participating Pack and resubmit your entry.
You may not make more than 5 unsuccessful entry attempts each calendar day. On the 5th attempt to enter, you will be blocked from entering the promotion and will not be ‘unblocked’ until 9am the following day. The Promoter reserves the right to permanently block entrants who make unsuccessful entries. To enter you are required to submit an email address, and this will be used as the basis for tracking (and blocking) entrants.

Prizes will be awarded randomly to entrants throughout the Promotional Period. The following prizes are available to be won during the Promotional Period:

Total prize pool value is RRP AUD$367,798.50 (incl. GST). Prize value is correct at the time of printing. Kellogg accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winners will be notified instantly if they have won a prize. This will be confirmed in writing via email within 7 days of the winning prize being won.
Winners of prizes from 15/02/10 to 8/03/10 will have their details (first initial, surname & postcode) published in The Australian on 12/03/10. Winners of prizes from 9/03/10 to 31/03/10 will have their details (first initial, surname & postcode) published in The Australian on 05/04/10. Winners of prizes from 01/04/10 to 20/04/10 will have their details (first initial, surname & postcode) published in The Australian on 26/04/10. Winners of prizes from 21/04/10 to 30/04/10 will have their details (first initial, surname & postcode) published in The Australian on 07/05/10. Entrants can only win one prize per entry. Prize claims will be subject to security and verification checks, such checks will be conducted only for the purposes of ascertaining that the claimant is legitimately entitled to the prize claimed.
